This will be up to my disgression on what a falling out is, therefore I will not invest in this market. If they have a falling out, I will resolve yes, it doesn't matter if they make up later. You can ask questions in the comments if you like.

@destiny this continues to be over.

See my comment from 2 weeks ago with specifics. More evidence from last night: https://www.youtube.com/live/0X1-f5Sdh50?si=xljadUGk0dbLjrjZ

Lav says, "fucking Max is such a fucking hack" (4:09:29) and "Still to this day he refers to me as his fucking daughter. I'm like, we ended our friendship over this." (4:10:13), and "his relationship is extremely toxic, he's extremely mentally ill." (4:11:23)

@destiny ding ding ding this can be resolved.

It's all ogre. Happened a couple weeks ago. Lav was publicly talking shit about Max, stating that he was using her and had made her uncomfortable, asked him to stop calling her his daughter and he refused, etc. Max flippantly disregarded her claims on reddit, and Lav responded: https://www.reddit.com/r/mrgirlreturns/comments/171u70v/official_statement_on_lavs_recent_allegations_and/k3tsl6q

The initial friendship ending from Lav here (3 hour 8 minute mark) https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=11286&v=wAsAV0o_Acg&feature=youtu.be

She says she ended their relationship and they are no longer friends. She calls him mentally ill.

This is as public a falling out as there could be. Should now resolve Yes.

Some quotes "I got mad that he kept calling me his daughter because it does make me angry"

"I am not happy with max continuing to call me his daughter. It genuinely irks me."

"I would agree with you, Max is kind of creepy."

"His new video on Twitter, I thought it was creepy [...] it was emotionally abusive."

Reddit post quoting Lav's livestream about her and mrgirl:

Someone suggests to her

"You and your dad should make a parody redpill video."

She responds in a flat tone

"That'd be pretty funny but he's not my dad anymore. We're on the outs. We're on the outs. He will not reconsider his position as my father and it's weird."

---------

I'd say "we're on the outs" is a pretty explicit admission of a falling out.

@glibglob Public falling out means they would have to had a public fight and end their relationship. I don't think a reddit comment from someone recalling her alleged words count.

predicted YES

@johnleoks nowhere in the market does it say they have to have a public fight. You are inventing that out of nothing.

Moreover, what does "we're on the outs" mean if not that they have fallen out? It was stated publicly on her stream. If your problem is that the reddit comment is only a quote, I'm sure a streamable of the statement can be made.

predicted NO

@glibglob What do you think public falling out means?

predicted YES

@johnleoks "a situation where people are not friends anymore, caused by a disagreement or an argument"

A falling out is the state of no longer being friendly, not the disagreement that caused the state to exist. So a public falling out is publicly acknowledging that two people are no longer friendly.

And since you ignored my question, I will happily answer for you: "we're on the outs" is a common idiom which means "not friendly. no longer communicating."

Nice dodge, though!

@glibglob i don't view this as a public falling out yet. i would say it's likely there was a private falling out and then they are publicly distancing themselves from eachother but as of right now it seems like they are mainly just not talking about eachother which I wouldn't say rises to the standard of a falling out imo. but if in the future they start saying things like "i hate x" or "x is a liar" or "x manipulated me", then i would consider this a falling out, it probably mainly depends on how hostile they are publicly to eachother.

predicted NO

@glibglob Every public falling out I've seen involves people fighting or shit talking the other party and signaling to everyone clearly that the relationship has ended. So far this seems like a "we're no longer friends" situation where things were resolved privately in peace.

predicted YES

@destiny that's fair enough. It's pretty clear they have had a falling out, so now we just need them to be more explicitly public about the fact. Would you consider it a "public" falling out if one or both of them say something to the effect of, "we're no longer speaking to each other/on good terms due to xyz," without actually having the argument about xyz in public?

predicted YES

@glibglob the main criteria for me to consider a public falling out would be non-cordial/shit-talking type of language (obviously subjective), so if mrgirl makes a statement like "Me and Lav are know longer on speaking terms because she is engaging in hateful discourse on twitter" i wouldn't consider this a falling out, but if he says "Lav and I are no longer speaking because I found out she is a serial liar and manipulator", because of the vitriol behind it i would probably consider it a falling out. This is especially amplified if both of them start commenting on the situation at the same time in a quasi-back-and-forth.
