I will choose the team reported as the winner of the 2022 high school NSB finals by the official NSB Twitter account https://twitter.com/DOE_SC_NSB and website https://science.osti.gov/wdts/nsb/. In a surprising turn of events, the 7th and 8th seeded teams have made it to the quarterfinals! Close date updated to 2022-07-11 11:59 pm Jul 10, 10:29pm: Unfortunately the website and Twitter aren't being updated very quickly, but I have it on good authority that the teams in the finals are Lynbrook (undefeated) and Mission San Jose (1 loss).
