how is this not an incorrect title, on here and Polymarket. If USD is worth more than EUR, EUR/USD should be >1, no? 1 USD yields >1 EUR. And yet that's the opposite of the resolution criteria?

apparently EUR/USD does in fact mean the price of 1 Euro in dollars rather than the number of Euros equal in value to $1

Very confused by the market dislocation going on here.
