I can do JetPunk's "Countries of the World Quiz" in 3:25. I can do Sporcle's in 3:57 (hate their interface so will not be trying, but user is @cloe123). I'm not incredible at geography, but I have a pretty fast typing speed.

Resolves YES if anyone on Manifold can beat (post it in the comments) whatever my PB is in a month (it's 3:25 rn; the "run" must be between market creation and market close time -- I'll try to beat my own time too) regardless of site, or if they can beat me in a Sporcle duel on their first try. You can use any quiz you want, including Sporcle, JetPunk, or whatever other quiz that requires you to type them all out (I'll be lenient). Seterra and similar sites don't count.

Market is up for a month! inspired by @bingeworthy's market :)

5/13: a day later, JetPunk is 3:18 and Sporcle is 3:37

5/14: 3:10

5/28: i don't have more time to blow on this quiz, so it probably won't get any lower

Forgot to post but I was randomly on fire with this a couple weeks ago. I “only” got a record of 3:20 though (on Sporcle, since I’m used to it), how are you so fast

@Conflux maybe jetpunk's slight abbreviation advantage lol. typing accuracy is probably the most important thing here, so most of my 'runs' were at really focused (or caffeinated) times

@cloe Yeah, I believe that - I still made a good number of typos

just did the jetpunk quiz and I forgot Bahrain :(

whoa that's incredible! My Sporcle PB is 3:49 but I'm definitely rusty. Is Jetpunk actually easier?

@Conflux not really in terms of typing, they accept the same abbreviations + no spaces. i just personally find sporcles question marks a lot more pesky + jetpunk's markings are a lot cleaner.

@cloe jetpunk also lists already guessed countries alphabetically and by continent, which is way easier for learning! though kind of negligent otherwise

@cloe Ah I see
