self explanatory. taking the psat this year (i'm a rising junior)
i took the paper SAT last year (october 2023) and got 1570 (770 reading 800 math). i took a practice psat sometime last year as well and was focusing on the test but also watching youtube (but like it wasn't like i wasn't trying) and got like a 1460? or 1470? or something like that? with perfect math and whatever else in reading.
i havent done any standardized testing work since then until three days ago. i took a practice digital test and got a 1480 but i aced reading and didn't ace math. i took another today and got a 1510 where i aced reading and didn't ace math (again). so basically i've aced reading twice, so i know i'm capable of acing reading on the real thing, but i also know i'm super susceptible to making mistakes in reading too.
i was surprised i didnt ace math both times especially since math is like kind of my thing? i wasn't like locked in locked in but i was definitely trying more. i know i can ace math and i should ace math and whatever but clearly i'm also susceptible to making mistakes in math too.
so tldr, i know i'm capable of getting a perfect on the psat, but i also know i make mistakes pretty often. so will i make a mistake? yes? no? probably.
also if this resolves no i probably won't reveal my score but you'll just know it wasnt perfect
