If there is no betting tax imposed during 2024, resolves N/A
During the time period of a betting tax (I say time period in the case that Manifold adds a tax then later removes it), if the number of monthly active users drops below 7,000 this resolves YES.
If there is a betting tax imposed during 2024 but monthly active users stay at or above 7,000, this resolves NO.
