Under what conditions would you resolve these markets?

@marvingardens Ideally I would run them indefinitely. I purposely phrased these questions in a colloquial way in order to circumvent detailed scientific definitions and include an element of personal world view. I will most like resolve these markets based on very a strong and long lasting market trend towards either no or yes, or based on strong evidence.
