This question resolves YES if Kamala Harris is declared the winner of the 2024 United States presidential election, and does not win the national popular vote (e.g. plurality or majority, whichever is higher). Otherwise resolves NO, i.e. if Trump wins, or if Harris wins with popular vote as well.
