The official results are “a few clouds” which I take to mean “less than mostly cloudy”

@breck but this was after, not during the eclipse. Totality was at 1:41. I can confirm that it was mostly cloudy during, and a few clouds after.

@MarkBowen The weather cleared up loads right at totality. This was taken at Tietze park near central Dallas at the moment of totality.

@MarkBowen I agree. And as you can see am also in Dallas, also took pics. It is common for clouds to part somewhat during totality. It was also in the forecast that it would clear up around 3. That is not the point, before and during the eclipse it was mostly cloudy.

I’ll use the 1:53pm weather report since that’s the closest official report to totality. Updated close time.
