This is round 2, after a terrible round 1 where half of all participants got eliminated.

So, basically, 9 people have to choose 8 "chairs", or numbers. Their goal is to pick numbers which no one else would pick.

If they pick the same chair as someone else, then I use an RNG to decide who wins the seat.

So, what numbers would have a person in them?

Resolves YES if the number has at least one person picking them, NO if otherwise.

Note: Some people may not participate. If that happens, then welp.
