Trader Requirement

I reserve the right to resolve this market to N/A if there are 10 or fewer unique human traders as of Monday, August 10, 2026, at 00:00 UTC. If this condition holds, I may resolve it to N/A any time from the cutoff timing to Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 00:00 UTC.

Source of Truth

The primary source of truth is the hourly candlestick data for BTC-USD on Yahoo Finance.

The reference price is $64,850.30, representing the Bitcoin price at the time this market was created.

Fallback Rule

If Yahoo Finance is unavailable, contains erroneous data, or fails to report the specified candle within 24 hours after the candle closes, the closing price for the corresponding hour on TradingView will be used instead.

The Coinbase BTC-USD feed will be preferred. If the Coinbase feed is unavailable, the Binance BTC-USDT feed will be used.

@traders as specified in description, i fulfilled the criterion to resolve n/a and have done so in light of a very similar market with the same liquidity

@bigyahu fyi this is a misresolve, bordering on fraud cc @mods

edit: I couldn't reply below because you've now blocked me. I really don't care as my bet is tiny, so you can do as you please. I haven't seen other markets do this, but you had the biggest (actually the only) YES position here (at risk given the current price) and you also preserving the discretion to NA or not just a couple days before the deadline seems to me to give you an unfair advantage.

Anyway, blocking me is a pretty bad look as well, I wasn't offensive nor disruptive just expressing my opinion, and now I can't even defend my point. Cheers.

@deagol really? im sure ive seen larger markets doing this to preserve liquidity, + i added it in the description before anyone had positions

@bigyahu @deagol It is pretty bad form to stick that clause in the description, but it was indeed there before any trades were submitted. I would advise that this practice not be a habit for market creators to have, but for now, I'll let this ride.
