My gf is a PhD student at the NIH (yes, that's a real thing). Currently she is scheduled to attend a conference out of the country on April 24th. There is an HHS-wide travel + communications suspension.

If she gets sick or something but still could have gone because the travel freeze was lifted or whatever, this will still resolve YES.

I may bet in this market.
