If he is in Paris during the Olympic Games (for instance, meeting with Macron) that would be sufficient to resolve this YES. Watching the games on TV from the US would not be sufficient. Sending the first lady or VP would also not be sufficient.

@benshindel Hmm also he has done ZERO foreign trips so far in 2024, compared to 5 countries in 3 trips last year. He wouldn't be getting old, would he?
Though, I do also see the case that he would be "due" for more trips because of this, rather than taking it as an indication that he would do extremely low amounts of foreign visits in 2024.
