Resolves to the players that actually participate in the tournament at the start of the tournament, not those that qualify and then reject or give up their spot, or are later disqualified!

(If the next FIDE candidates tournament is scheduled for late 2027 or 2029, or even a later year, this resolves to the qualifiers for the NEXT FIDE Candidates tournament, regardless of year)
