For a yes result the Fold 6 must include some form of internal or otherwise built in stylus (not as part of a separate case). Could be in the style of the Galaxy Note series stylus slots or something new, but stylus must be built in and included with every phone. If the line is spilt into 'Fold 6' and 'Fold 6 Pro' or similar, and the pro model fulfils the criteria, then will be counted as a yes. If Fold line is discontinued, then it's a no.

Fold 5 released in August, so assuming this is will resolve around the same time in 2024, but if the announcement is delayed the question will be delayed also.
