This market resolves YES if the United Airlines flight 5940 from Aspen to Los Angeles does not depart within 90 minutes of 7:13pm MST today (March 3).

In the event of a delay, I will check the "Departure" time under Past Flights at https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UAL5940 and resolve YES if the time is later than 08:43pm MST.

EDIT: further clarification: I will resolve the market when the outcome is clear from public information. I am betting in this market, but promise not to make use of private information (e.g. announcements in the airport before flightaware updates).
