Jmook is currently the best Sheik main, and and he was ranked 3rd in Summer 2022.
Sheik is currently ranked 5th on the tier list.
Sometimes there's a debate over what tournaments count as a major, but it's usually pretty clear. I'm willing to count online tournaments as majors.
I guess if it's a dual main I'll make a judgement call based on how often they use their Sheik in top 8.
