This photo was taken less than 3 years ago. Can you figure out where it was taken?

This market will resolve YES for only one answer - the most specific and correct location given. Other valid guesses will resolve NO. The market will resolve early if and when (some time after) I spot the correct street name in the answers.

Valid guesses must be one of the following categories, with increasing specificity:

• Continent - eg. "Continent: North America"

• Country - eg: "Country: USA"

• Closest city - eg. "City: Washington"

• Closest train or subway station - eg. "Subway station: Federal Triangle"

• Street name - eg. "Street Name: Constitution Ave. NW"

Please follow the format given in the examples, with "Category: Geographic name", so that there is less ambiguity.

I am not asking for exact coordinates. A coordinate answer will resolve NA, as well as any other answers I deem invalid.
