Edit: just in case, i was adding answers when I was researching, not when I already knew the position. Do not NA them please.
Took me less than 3 hours. I checked every region of paris to compre fences, 0 matches. Then went to Lyon, and there were matches. Checked Nice, just in case, but all streets are either narrow or curved. Went back to scan Lyon, found that Lafyette street has those square-plate pavements around bus stops. Then followed the street until found balconies, which you can see in the reflection.
