I can't find the clip (please comment if you have it) but Destiny said something about being worried he would begin to feel obligated to report Mr. Girl's treatment of Shaelin to the police if he continued learning about the situation. It was during the stream he was reviewing old videos of her and how much more confident/independent she seemed.

2. he says he made some sort of report to authorities.
