I've managed to promote every season since I've started on Manifold, but it's getting hard now. Will I promote again, from gold -> platinum this season?

season 4, M1,432 gold 4th
Resolution: once the current season officially closes and the leagues page shows "ended ..." for the current season I'll check my final rank and whether I'm promoting.
I'd obviously want to do this on my own merit, if any kind of manipulation is possible I aim to avoid it.
One method to manipulate would be buying my personal shares market. I don't suspect it'll make any difference. At close I'll take a look. If it does make a difference, any profits will be subtracted.
Feel free to suggest other methods which should be excluded and if I agree I'll update the question.

I should add, I run a bot. It doesn't do much, but enough to impact this market. I have been lazy and have not yet created a separate account for the bot. I'll create a separate account eventually. After this market resolves I also intend to transfer its profits so far to the new account.
