starting in 2026, USA(J)MO will be hosted exclusively at 30 selected college locations

the change could potentially result in an increased likelihood of scandals/leaks :p

the criteria could be a bit subjective, but for example, USA(J)MO 2025 would be NO

will resolve as YES if there is a major breach in security in the test, or a major scandal relating to the test occurs (which could or could not be related to the planned change to the format)

if there happens to be a scandal, i will determine whether or not it counts as major enough
