I have two rooms open in my house in SF and am looking for EA adjacent / rationalish / engineering minded roommates with a good fit. This market resolves to the names of any roommates I find through this market, plus I will pay a bounty of Ṁ1,000 for adding someone who is interested, or Ṁ5,000 for adding someone who ends up moving in. I currently have two people interested, I'll ask them if I can use their real names. I may bet on this market.

The house is a 3 bedroom near Forest Hill and West Portal, a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There's easy street parking, or it's a 10 min walk to Forest Hill Muni Station or 15 min to restaurants and shops at West Portal. I often hike up Twin Peaks or Mt Davidson from the front door.

I'm a 27yo mechanical engineer and tinkerer. I'm currently working at a wildfire prevention startup but am interested in pandemic prevention and open source hardware. I'm looking forward to hosting dinner parties and other events, and I'm installing a projector and 100" screen for movie nights. I'm building an engineering workshop and home gym in the garage, and there's another basement room that is still getting remodeled but could be a home office or whatever we collectively want. There's also a backyard if you want to start a garden.
