Moxie is a hard-core technologist and a "free speech absolutist" who's managed to create a financially sustainable product.
Moxie isn't Signal CEO anymore and might be available.
If Elon reacts to the idea in any way, via e.g. a like on a tweet, a reply, a mention, etc., regardless if the reaction is positive, neutral, or negative, this market resolves to YES, otherwise resolves to NO.
