NO

On 14 October, Australia will hold a referendum to entrench a body called the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice into the Constitution.

It has been reported that Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will make a speech on the night of the referendum regardless of the outcome. This market is based on the premise that there will be such a speech.

The market will resolve YES if Anthony Albanese uses the word 'misinformation' in a speech delivered between 6:00pm AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on 14 October, 2023.

The market will resolve NO if Anthony Albanese delivers a speech between 6:00pm AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on 14 October, 2023 but does not use the word 'misinformation' in the speech.

The market will resolve N/A if Anthony Albanese does not deliver a speech between 6:00pm AEDT and 11:59pm AEDT on 14 October, 2023.

Note: the use of a synonym of 'misinformation' (e.g. 'lie', 'smear', 'disinformation') in the speech is not sufficient for a Yes resolution.

He came very close to saying it, but I don't believe he did. Resolves no.

Re-opened the market until 9pm, when Albo is due to speak.
