@mods would you be comfortable resolving “No”?

@traders I haven't seen any evidence for “Yes”—do any of you know of some? Especially “Yes” holders.

Is it sufficient if they only give it to few researchers and under NDA? Or does it have to be a general offer to all researchers?

@MaxPayne Something like a wait list where any researcher can apply to for access, whether or not they are given the access would definitely count.
