@jskf FWIW the prompts it then uses don't reference Jimmy Carter. The closest they get is saying things like "gentle brush strokes reminiscent of traditional American art". So ChatGPT does appear to be refusing to pass on the reference to Jimmy Carter to DALL-E 3. But yeah, it can work around it.

And now I'm rate limited for an hour so can't test more :(

@jskf Also, I've changed my mind. I think your screencap should count as a refusal. The implied question for this market sort of was "will DALL-E consider Jimmy Carter alive" (and an artist, I guess). I assume it would do refusals for living artists in a similar way.
