Resolves to YES if I read it and found it to be a good use of time.
Resolves to NO if I attempt to read it and find it to be not a good use of time, or it is otherwise very clear that it would not have been a good use of time.
Resolves to the fair market price (excluding any manipulation) if it is not clear and I decide not to attempt to read it, including prior to deadline.
Deadline may be extended if I am still planning to attempt to read it, to maximum of March 31.
I will not trade unless I am ready to resolve to YES or NO.
