Resolves to YES if Matt Levine says that he has insider traded the market on whether or not he will write a column on 11/11, OR if the market goes to 99% before the column comes out, and then the column comes out OR if the market goes to 1% before noon eastern and then no column comes out.

Resolves to NO if Matt explicitly denies having done this (and does not ever say he did it), regardless of other criteria, or if there is the above is not fufilled.
