The market resolves to NO if the Nasdaq index is unchanged or higher at that time.

The market resolves to Zvi's evaluation of fair market percentage if no model named r2, or that is functionally r2 by another name, is released by market close on 9/18/25.

The 'release' of r2 is defined as the day in which DeepSeek makes r2 available either via one or more methods, even if service is spotty, including model download, API access or via the DeepSeek app or chat.deepseek.com.
