This will resolve YES for each N such that any movie wins exactly N different Oscars at the 96th Academy Awards.
E.g. N = 1 (not included) would be a guarantee, as multiple categories only have movies with a single nomination. If "Oppenheimer" wins all 13 of its nominations, then N = 6 cannot possibly resolve YES.
These options are independent, any number can resolve YES.
Please ask if any aspects of resolution are unclear.

Poor Things won 4, and Zone of Interest won 2 (possibly others). I don't think any won N=3, 5, or 6, so I plan to resolve those NO (LMK if I missed anything)
