Skytrax releases an annual ranking of the World's Top 100 Airlines. Here is the 2023 list.
EasyJet Airways ranked 65th.
Down from 55th in 2022.
RyanAir ranked 68th.
Down from 40th in 2022.
When Skytrax releases its 2024 rankings, which airline will have the superior ranking?
Example: In 2023, EasyJet would have won.
You can learn more about their methodology here. AFAIK, it is based on customer satisfaction surveys on a wide array of categories.
My guess is the list will be released sometime around June. If no ranking is released in 2024, this market resolves N/A.
The CEO of RyanAir is likely due for a >$100M bonus this year, and is known for some colorful quotes. (E.g. on passengers who forget to print their boarding passes: "We think they should pay €60 for being so stupid.").
