The-Numbers.com has a weekend tracker for each year: https://www.the-numbers.com/box-office-records/domestic/all-movies/weekend/released-in-2024
I will resolve this based on the column "No. 1 / Combined" for the weekend of March 29th.
If "Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire" is listed with >50%, that means it grossed more than all other movies at the box office combined [1].
If it's listed at exactly 50%, I will compute the percentage myself (using the "No. 1" and "Combined" box office columns) to determine if it's >50%.
For example, "Dune" (2021) released on October 22nd, and its "No. 1 / Combined" column lists 42%. Thus, it would have resolved NO. This is the equivalent number I will use, however it is computed. (Note that this is all domestic).
[1]. Assuming "Godzilla X Kong" is #1—if it isn't, then this trivially resolves NO.
