I will resolve this by looking at the final Golden Boot standings, according to official sources, and removing any goals/assists that the winner recorded in the 3rd place game. If removing this changes the winner that will give a YES resolution.

If the Golden Boot winner takes part in the 1st place game then this market will resolve NO without any adjustments needed.
