All NO holders at the end: I will ask @FairlyRandom for a random number between 1 - 100 inclusive. If the random number <= X, all NO holders get 10 free mana (managrammed), otherwise, they get 0 mana. X is the probability of the market at market close.

@ZandaZhu then you need to raise the prize for the No holders, otherwise why would anyone vote No?

@AhronMaline That message was for the current holders after I overlooked the fact that you couldn't send 5 mana. It was compensation to the chaos I caused for people who bet on this market

the minimum managram is 10 mana. i would also recommend resolving to 50/50 or similar to get trader bonuses (assuming that the N/A removes those as others have said)
