Resolves yes if any law or policy is introduced in Mainland China which financially or socially penalises married couples for the reason of not having children.

This would include penalties such as fines, restrictions on access to services and credit score impacts. This market would resolve yes even if penalties are not effective immediately (ie only apply after X years without children), or include exceptions (no penalty if proof of infertility etc).

This should be a national or provincial level law, rather than an isolated instance in a single location.
