If Tesla shareholders vote to ratify Elon Musk’s 2018 CEO Performance Award, will the courts again strike down the pay package?

Question will resolve YES if the pay package is approved and once again invalidated by the Delaware Court of Chancery (or a Texas court, or any other court) by the end of 2025.

Question will resolve N/A if the pay package isn’t approved (or is otherwise not reinstated by Tesla). The question will also resolve N/A if there is ongoing, unresolved, legal action against the pay package at the end of 2025.

Question will resolve NO if the pay package is approved and reinstated and the pay package stands (i.e., Elon gets his options). If the pay package does not go back to court (e.g., no shareholder sues this time), the question will resolve NO. The question will also resolve NO if no lawsuit (or other legal action) against the pay package is ongoing by the end of 2025.

What if re-blocked by court and re-reinstated on appeal?

I don't get it, what justification could there even be to strike or down if it is approved?
