@DesTiny How will that work? If you guarantee a certain payment in advance, I can just give you a terrible idea and you'd have to pay me. If you wait to hear the idea before deciding how much to pay, I've already given you the thing of value, and you could just pay me M$0. Seems like a difficult economics problem to solve..
