Vickrey and English are strategically equivalent.

Dutch and FPSBA are strategically equivalent.

However, the auction medium here will change things. It's much more practical to put one bid for Vickrey than doing several rounds of english.

@Zardoru I believe in practice the Vickrey auction has been shown to pay the highest to the seller
