Resolves YES if Magnus Carlsen (currently rated 2832) loses FIDE rated classical game to a player whose official FIDE Elo rating is under 2700 at the time of the match. It must happen between now and 16.7.2025 (close date).
Resolves NO if it does not happen within the specified time period.
