If Destiny publicly talks to Marquett (on either channel) the market will resolve to yes.
If Destiny only mentions Marquett or plays clips on stream, the market will resolve to no.
Text-based communications between the two or announcements of a conversation will not count.
For practicality, the market will only be open a week into December on the chance a video recorded in November is released.
