If it's just a recording, would that count? What characteristics does the voicemail need to have for you to count it as a deepfake?

@Morgan A deepfake recording will do just fine. If it's Joe Biden's voice saying things that Joe wouldn't say to me on the phone, that'll satisfy this market's conditions

@VerySeriousPoster But what if it's an actual recording of Biden? Like if he records some get-out-the-vote thing and then the democratic party robocalls thousands of people with the same message, how would you count that? How would you know to differentiate it from a generated version of his voice?
