It is very hard to find out the answer to this. I cannot see any evidence that either company sold any of these :-), but of course they probably want to keep the info close to their chest. As no much money went down I will resolve NA

Is this including preorders, or does it have to be shipped? The BG is $500 upfront, $5,000 total, the TB is $100 upfront and $15,000 total. Notably the BG preorder cost is non-refundable, the TB preorder cost is refundable before it's been shipped.

@horse good question! Not easy to answer. I will count unshipped preorders just to make this simpler to resolve. Otherwise I need to make judgements about “does it count it manufactured, does it count if on a ship, etc.”
