Will Trump be disqualified AFTER being elected?

This market resolves YES if ALL of the following conditions are met:

1. Trump is allowed to run for president. It's ok if he isn't on the ballot in some states, as long as he is on the ballot in some of them

2. Trump wins the election according to the rules of the electoral college, and becomes the 'president elect'

3. Trump is ruled to be ineligible to actually become president by the supreme court

If these conditions are met, it's possible his running mate would become president. If the supreme court says Trump can't be president but he takes office anyway, that counts.

What happens if the House and Senate remove the disability by a 2/3rds vote before innaguration day? I presume it resolves YES, since Trump would be disqualified even to be later requalified?
