We've seen the kitty at his place a decent amount. I believe Destiny said it's his friend's cat. If it is revealed this friend is Destiny's new roomate this will resolve YES, but if it's just a friend visiting from out of town who brought their cat it won't be enough to resolve the market.
Destiny said "Actually it's OUR cat now" in regards to 'his girlfriend's cat'.
I didn't really expect this market to subjective but FWIW I've now sold out. It's looking a lot to me like this is going to resolve YES, just need a bit more indication that Destiny's apartment is the cat's primary residence.
