The scope of the question is the Chiles v Salazar case before the Supreme Court:
Chiles v. Salazar: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiles_v._Salazar
If Colorado's Minor Conversion Therapy Law (MCTL) is upheld by the Supreme Court (probably resulting in a decision in which the lower court's denial of preliminary injunction is affirmed), then this question will resolve YES.
If the Supreme Court sides with Chiles that the MCTL violate's first amendment rights (or other constitutional rights) (probably resulting in striking down Colorado's ban and other states' similar bans), then this question will resolve NO.
I'm trying to understand all the possible outcomes of the case. Outcomes that do not clearly uphold or overturn Colorado's conversion therapy ban will result in an N/A resolution, since my intention is to gauge the yes/no decision of the Supreme Court, and not related legal complications.
The closing date is currently set to roughly the end of the Supreme Court's term, but it will be extended as necessary if an opinion is pending.
