If the winner of the 2024 Presidential Election also wins the statewide vote in the state of Maine and in doing so receives the Electoral College votes allocated to the winner of the statewide vote in that state in that election, this market will resolve YES. Otherwise NO.
Faithless electors will not be taken into account. Electoral college votes allocated to the winners of congressional districts in Maine will not be taken into account - this market is purely about the winner of the statewide vote.
