In the September 4th update, they stated that "we'll update this report when, or if, we learn more".
If Snopes updates their rating of the claim to something else before election day, this market will resolve to the answer associated with the first updated rating that the claim is updated to. If November 5th begins and there has not been an update or new rating associated with the claim, this market will resolve NO.
