Seems to me Samoa can still get in if they score enough points against England and Argentina-Japan draw? Wikipedia doesn’t list them as eliminated.

@NcyRocks This is ridiculous - I double and triple checked that Tonga were eliminated because I was paranoid after the last one. And only when I was satisfied did I go and... resolve all the Samoa markets instead. I've asked admins to unresolve them.
