New Hampshire is supposed to send 33 delegates to the 2024 Democratic National Convention to pick the party's presidential nominee. If the state is penalized by the DNC such that they effectively end up with fewer than 33 delegates in terms of voting strength at the convention, this market will resolve YES.
If they end up not facing any penalties that result in the state losing any amount of the 33 delegates of voting strength at the convention, this market will resolve to NO.
